Financial model template for an e-commerce business selling manufactured goods direct to consumer or via wholesale partners. The model uses key assumptions -- pricing, COGS, manufacturing details, sales growth and more -- to generate a revenue, cashflow, and inventory forecast.

In addition to generating key performance indicators like CAC and LTC, this model predicts the timing and cash requirements for manufacturing runs based on future sales. All forecasted data is translated into a column format to make it easy to create your own graphs and charts.

The E-Commerce Forecasting Tool simplifies the business down to key inputs and does not include operating expenses for the calculation of net income. The model can be used in Microsoft Excel by downloading an .xlsx file from Google Sheets. The model functions in both applications just fine but Google Sheets tends to have better formatting options. There are no macros or VBA. The model was originally created in Google Sheets. You may need to adjust chart formats in Microsoft Excel.

The latest version of this model, which include periodic enhancements based on user feedback, is always available by logging into Gumroad and downloading a new copy from your account.
